Raj Selvaskandan has joined the firm with effect from 1st October 2008 as a Consultant. Raj was previously a partner with Hong Kong law firm Philip K.H. Wong, Kennedy Y.H. Wong & Co and has worked as an adviser to a joint venture between a Hong Kong listed company subsidiary and a US private equity fund which is developing 5 hotels/casinos in Macau. Raj practises in the areas of banking, corporate and litigation. He has strong links to the Indian business community in the Hong Kong and has acted for Hong Kong universities, banks, insurance companies as well as a number of listed companies in Hong Kong. Raj is also admitted in England and Wales and Sri Lanka, the country of his birth.
